Who is a VIP User?

VIP users are employees with higher designations who require special attention from the transport team to ensure they have a superior experience.

How to Mark an Employee as VIP

Step 1 -
Search for the employee using the search bar

Step 2 -

Open the employee profile

Locate the VIP checkbox at the bottom of the employee profile

Check the box and save the details to designate the employee as a VIP user

How to Identify VIP User Bookings

VIP bookings are flagged with a star marker in the dashboard
The dashboard includes a filter chip showing the number of trips with VIP users
Clicking this filter chip will display only the VIP bookings
