Mobile app login issues

Query: 


A user is unable to log in to the app and gets the below error message upon attempting to log in.







Solution:


Check-1


Mobile app subscription is not given.



Check-2


The user might be using a different mobile number or email ID to log in.




Check-3


Ensure the user is using the latest version of the application
