Marshal Dashboard: Features

Created by Moveinsync Help, Modified on Wed, 20 Nov at 5:22 AM by Moveinsync Help

 Features:

  • User has an option to select the desired date from the date filter on the top left hand side
  • After selecting the date, on the right-hand side, user is presented with multiple filters for office, shift timings and trip status.
  • Post selecting the desired filters, user will be able to see the list of trips requiring escorts.
  • One can easily assign escorts to trips from the dropdown directly and click on assign.
  • We also have an option to bifurcate trips by marshal assigned and not assigned.
  • All profiles added to ETS as marshals will reflect under the dropdown while assigning.

Marshal sign-in violation:

  • The dashboard also features a marshal sign-in violation that notifies when a designated escort does not sign into the trip

  • User can change the date filter and can view previous dates where escorts were assigned or can look at future dates to check escort requirements
(for future dates to show data, routing needs to be completed)

To ensure there is no duplicity in marshal assignment:

  • In the dropdown list for assigning marshals, green and red dots indicate availability. A green dot signifies that the marshal is available, while a red dot shows that the marshal is unavailable for assignment.

  • If someone attempts to select a marshal with a red dot (unavailable), a pop-up will appear, preventing the duplicate assignment of that marshal to the trip.

  • However, within the same assignment window, if multiple people attempt to assign the same marshal (indicated by a green dot) to different trips before the marshal has been assigned, a pop-up will appear to prevent this duplication. As a result, the marshal will not be allocated to any of the trips.
