EHS Configuration

Role level properties : ehs_audit_view , ehs_view

Manage  properties : EHS_ENABLED , ENABLE_NEW_EHS_DASHBOARD.    

1. EHS Checklist:

The EHS checklist contains all the EHS parameters that need to be checked while passing the EHS for a vehicle.

To enable a particular line item we have to mark the checkbox in front. We can also make a parameter mandatory which will ensure that if it is not checked you cannot pass the EHS for that vehicle.

2. Email Alerts:

Under this tab we define the type of EHS emails should be triggered and whom to send these emails. Also we can define the office wise email IDs like other compliance emails.

To add custom fields in EHS:-Site admin > compliance configuration>EHS configuration

In EHS Configuration in general click on add check field and we can add label as per the requirement 

How to Access EHS dashboard :-THD Dashboard> EHS

Click on the EHS option

Search the vehicle registration number for which EHS needs to be performed.

Click on Begin Check to start the EHS audit.

Click on General, tick the boxes as per the audit, and then submit.
