The MoveInSync system captures the below mentioned KM data:
Planned Km: The shortest/fastest (configurable) distance calculated based on the routed employees on the trip using the distance stored in the MIS system.
The planned KM data can be found under the "View Route" and routing page.

View Route (Legacy):
Reference Km: Reference Km is the fastest route (as per google) which is calculated at the time when the system receives the trip end time based upon the waypoints of the employees picked in a trip/route. Excluding and including no show employees in reference Km distance is configurable.
Actual Km: Actual Km is the distance recorded by the device in which the trip was performed. In cases of GPS loss the actual Km will not be calculated.
Map Km: It is the fastest route (as per google) which is calculated on real time when we click on the Map Km option based upon the waypoints of the employees picked in a trip/route.
