Using the safe reach audit you can check what is the status of the IVR calls and mobile app notification triggered to employee for confirming their drop.
How to navigate to Audit
Goto > Safe reach Dashboard > Enter date/emp Id/BUID > Click on search > Click on the employee name > Click on audit
Below is the description of each fields on the audit
1) Date - Date and time when the notification/IVR call triggered to employee
2) Response date - Date and time at which the response is captured
3) Channel - Channel at which the confirmation notification is triggered (Mobile app/IVR call/Manual)
4) Status - Status of the safe reach notification (In progress/Failed/success)
5) Verified By - (System/manual) How the verification happened.
6) Call status - IVR call status (Busy/No answer/Completed/Failed)
7) Comment - What is the response captured after each notification is triggered.
