Exotel Workflow in a glance :

        Exotel is a cloud-based phone system that helps businesses manage customer communication.


            We use Exotel as a third-party vendor for routing calls across servers, which includes:



ExotelReports
  • Calls from drivers to employees

           Click2Call Report 
  • Calls from employees to drivers

                           Yes
                   Yes
           IVR Usage Report
  • Safe Reach calls

                           Yes                   Yes
  • Transport Help Desk calls

Problem 1 : Employees are unable to call the driver.


Step 1 : Find the mobile number


Step 2 : Open Exotel ( Reach out to support team for URL and credentials)



 Exotel Dashboard Landing page will look like this : 


Step 3 : Search for the Mobile number :



Step 4 : Open the required log as per the trip time : 

1) If the call was connected successfully : It will clearly show 'completed' with the call recording in place ( Refer Screenshot Below ) 



2) Failed/Not connected calls :

If the driver/transport team does not receive the call - it will clearly show up 'No Answer'


How do we check what THD/Flow is configured in Exotel for a BU :

1) Click on App Bazar : 



2) Stretch the page to All :




3) Ctrl + F and search for the BUID :


Finally , Check the flow here if the correct number is configured.
