Scheduling Issue

Problem Statement : Employee is unable to schedule for a particular shift/Day.

How to find the employee’s shift category ?

Go to employee profile - More details - Project - Manage Teams - Edit button - Shift Category





How to check if the office visibility is present for the selected shift ?

Navigation : Site Administrator - Scheduling Management - Manage Shifts 





Shift Visibility & cutoffs : 


How to check if the selected shift visibility and cutoffs are in place ?

Navigation : Site Administrator - Scheduling Management - Manage Shift Categories.



If the Availability is set to “No” for the selected shift - the shift won't be visible

If the cutoffs have crossed for the selected shift - the shift won't be visible.


Role Level Permissions : 


How to check if the respective employee/SPOC has the permission to schedule themselves.

Navigation : Open Employee Profile - Go to Settings - Check for permissions


For employee : Normal Shift 



For SPOC : Spoc Shift
