Schedule reminder notification
PROBLEM
Nudge notifications play a vital role in maintaining user engagement and task efficiency, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience. An effective strategy is to activate notifications prompting users to establish schedules for upcoming days.
SOLUTION
An automated notification will be initiated, encouraging employees to create their upcoming schedules before the cutoff deadline passes.
For instance, an employee has five available shifts in a day: 9:00, 10:00, 10:00, 12:00, and 13:00. The 9:00 shift has a cutoff time of 5 hours, while the other shifts have a cutoff time of 3 hours. The system will prioritize the shift with the longest cutoff time, which in this case is 5 hours. Therefore, the notification will be triggered a X minutes before the highest cutoff shift time.
How to enable this?
