Q1: Why can’t I edit my shuttle point or nodal point?
A: Editing might be disabled in the backend settings. These features depend on company policy.
Q2: Why is the nodal/shuttle point map not loading?
A: Could be a network issue or the ETS backend isn’t returning available options based on your location.
Q3: I updated my address but it's still showing the old location. Why?
A: Your new address is pending approval. Until it's approved, the old address remains active.
Q4: Why is the app still showing my old address after submission?
A: Address changes need approval first. The cab will continue to go to the old address until the request is approved.
Q5: I see a message about change limits. What does it mean?
A: You’ve reached the allowed number of address change requests. You may need to wait or contact the transport team.
Q6: Can I request address change multiple times?
A: No. There's a limit set by your organization on how often you can request address changes.
Q7: Can I change only the geocode without changing my address text?
A: Yes. Turn on the “Change only Geocode” option when editing your address.
Q8: I have a pending request. Can I edit it?
A: Yes. Tap on “View Details” under Pending Requests and follow the same steps to update it, but it depends on the availability of limits.
