Background
Currently, the Marshall Mandatory Sign-In feature does not cover Adhoc trips, because gender identification and subsequent calculations are not performed in the in-cab device for these trips.
This gap results in Women Traveling Alone Alerts being triggered at the Safety Centre, even when enforcement should prevent such situations.
Solution:
The Mandatory Marshall/Male Employee Sign-In feature must be enhanced to include Adhoc trips.
The solution is to enable dynamic gender retrieval from the server during sign-in, ensuring correct enforcement and preventing unnecessary alerts.
