How to check if a Trip is Displayed or not?:

  1. First, copy the trip ID - 2380957 ( For example ).

  2. Click on the "Tripsheet" button for this trip.

  3. Then click on the "Device Health" button, to view all the logs sent or received by the device.

  4. Once the device health loads, make sure the "See More Health" button (if visible) is pressed until it disappears to load the complete health logs of that day.

  5. Now, press "CTRL + F" to search and paste the trip ID within double inverted commas "2380957"

  6. On searching a few instances, there should be log that looks like the below screenshot, as we can see now, copy the UUID from there.

  7. Now, do "CTRL+F" and start searching with the UUID.

  8. On searching throughout the logs, if you can find the "TripSheet displayed" log, like the one given below, then that means the TripSheet have been displayed and the time can be found in the leftmost column.
