Employee name not displayed on driver app

Note: Device health is considered as the source of truth to verify what information was displayed on the driver application.


Step 1: Search trip ID on the dashboard and click on "tripsheet" or the trp ID highlighted in blue.


Step 2: Check for when the vehicle-driver pair was added to the trip and then Open "Device Health"


Step 3: Select the date as per the date when the vehcile-driver pair was added:

Step 4: Press Ctrl+F and search the trip ID in double inverted commas get get the trip UUID (Universal uique ID).

Step 5: Search the trip UUID and find the log as "1901" and check information of "displayname" as mentioned in the screenshot below:
