    • A default trip-level rating applies to all employees.

    • Option to override and rate employees individually.

    • Trip-level comments capture overall experience.

    • Employee-level feedback available by tapping on individual employee cards.

  2. Missed Ratings Recovery

    • If rating is skipped at trip end, drivers can still provide it later from the Completed Trips page.

  3. Feature Controls & Configurations

    • Scope: Define applicable trip types (Planned / Adhoc) and trip directions (Pickup / Drop / Both).

    • Mandatory vs. Optional: Enforce or allow skipping of ratings.

    • Trip vs. Employee Level: Ratings can be limited to trip-level only, or extended to individual employees.

    • Feedback Chips: Quick-select rating options configurable for both trip and employee levels.

    • Description Rules: Configs decide whether text comments are mandatory.

  4. App & Version Support

    • Available on Driver App v6.3.0+.

  5. Reporting Integration

    • Driver rating data complements existing reports:

      1. Trip Feedback
      2. Driver Feedback Report

Key Highlights

  • Configurable by trip type (Planned / Adhoc) & direction (Pickup / Drop / Both).

  • Supports trip-only or trip + employee level ratings.

  • Feedback mandatory/optional based on client policy.

We’ve introduced a seamless driver-to-employee rating system to enhance trip feedback and accountability.

  • Upon trip completion, drivers can now rate the overall trip experience.

  • By default, the same rating applies to all employees on the trip.

  • Drivers have the flexibility to override and rate individual employees separately.

  • Trip-level comments can be added to capture overall feedback.

  • Tapping on an employee name card allows the driver to provide specific feedback for that individual.

This feature helps ensure better trip quality insights and fosters a more transparent commute experience for all.

If a driver misses rating during trip completion:

  • They can still provide ratings from the new “Completed Trips” page.
