Please note that the trip is sent to a device IMEI as per the mapping done in the system and not to the vehicle or drivers device on the ground.

If the multi-driver feature is enabled in the site then you will get an option to choose if the IMEI should be fetched from the Manage vehicle page or the Manage driver page in cases where the vehicle and driver mapped IMEI is different for the allocated vehicle-driver pair.

Step 1: Search the trip ID in dashboard and check what IMEI is assigned while allocating the vehicle-driver pair.

Check in the tripsheet history if the mapped IMEI is correct. Cross check the IMEI with the IMEI information of the device on which the trip is expected to be displayed (Go to "About" option in the driver applicaiton under menu).

Step 2: In cases where "In Vehicle Device" option is selected: Check under the Manage Vehicle page to check the last contact time of the same device. In teh sample case the device IMEI's last contact time is Dec 04 2024 14:44 Hrs due to which the trip status was "Trip not downloaded to Device".

In vehicle mapped IMEI case you can even check the last contact time by searching the vehicle on the dashboard and then click on the track button.

In cases where "BYOD" option is selected: Open the device health log and check if the device was contacing to the server.

How to identify if the device was contacting to the server:

  1. Check if logs for the respective time frame is available. If not then the device was not contacting to the server.
  2. In cases where the device has sent the information late to the server, please check what is the last successful polling time of the selected log.
    a) Click on the check box for the respective time log once we open the "Device Health".
    b) Check the last successful polling time.

How to Verify if a trip is downloaded in the device:

Step 1: Search the trip ID and open trip sheet:

Step 2: Open tripsheet history and check when was the cab and IMEI added to the trip:

Step 3: Open "Device Health" option and check logs near the recent CAB/IMEI added time logs.

Step 4: Search the first oldest result of the trip UUID and check if "1901 command" is present at the top of the device log information. 1901 command verifies that the trip was downloaded in the device:
