How to identify the vehicle stoppage alert

Step 1: Search the trip ID and then click on the "Tripsheet" hyperlink in blue as given below:

Step 2: Once the tripsheet information is open, you will get an option to view "Device Health" as mentioned below:

Step 2: Once the Device health is open select the time frame of the trip performed (start and end time).

Step 3: Select the check box for time logs where vehicle stoppage  was observed and check the below points:


Kindly : Check the geo code location of vehicle in every 2-3 minutes difference on map 

If the same GPS location is fetched for 10 minutes within a 10-meter radius, a vehicle stoppage alert is raised

There could be multiple factors for a wrong vehicle stoppage alert

 Network issue : Sometime due to network issue device live location is not fetched to server due to that alert raises.
