Steps:
Alerts raised on the security dashboard will be visible in the alert-specific dockets.
Clicking on the required docket will display a list of triggered alerts.
Clicking on an alert will show its details in the right side window.
After reviewing the alert details, investigate the incident with the employee/driver/escort.
Based on the incident's criticality, mark its severity.
After selecting the severity, close the alert by clicking the "Resolved" button if the investigation is completed, or click "Unresolved" if the investigation is still ongoing and other alerts need to be checked.
