Employee Marked No-Show by Driver:-
- Please copy the trip and paste it into the dashboard on the trip sheet. Then, click on 'Employee Details' for the trip sheet view.
- We obtain the employee's information on the trip sheet view page, including their name, contact number, shift time, trip direction, and trip type.
- Copy the name of the employee marked as 'no show' and then navigate to the device health section. Press Ctrl+F and search for the employee's name to retrieve all the details of their sign-in and sign-out activity during the trip.
- Press ctrl+F and paste the employee name.
Driver clicked on the employee's name for marking no show.
Driver entered the verification code, the verification code is the vehicle's last 4 digits.
Pressed the no show button.
We have received a log as a Driver marked employee as no show.
We have received no show date and time, coordinates,and employee’s name.
- If we want the no show coordinates then please use log no-5 and if they want who marked no show then please use log no-4.
Employee Marked as No-Show by System
At the end of a trip, if any employee has not signed in, the system will automatically mark that employee as a No-Show.
To view details, you can download the No-Show Report:
Go to Business Analytics → Advanced Analytics
Search for the report “No Show”
Download the report for the required date range
