For Android Devices:
If the employee is using an android phone, it is often found that IVR calls are marked as spam by default in android devices.
We suggest you to ask the employee to follow the below steps to avoid spamming.
STEP 1:
Go to the phone call "Settings"
Go to the phone call "Settings"

STEP 2:
Select "Caller ID and spam" option
Select "Caller ID and spam" option

STEP 3:
Turn off both the highlighted properties-
Turn off both the highlighted properties-
See caller and spam ID - OFF
Filter Spam calls- OFF

That's it!! You are ready to receive IVR calls.
For IOS devices:
Please navigate to your phone's Settings > Apps > Phone.
Once there, you can select one of the following options to manage incoming calls:
Silence Unknown Callers: This option will only allow calls from your contacts, recent outgoing calls, and Siri Suggestions to ring through. All other calls will be silenced, but you will still receive a notification.
Call Blocking & Identification: If available with your carrier, you can enable "Silence Junk Callers" to silence calls that your carrier has identified as potential spam or fraud.
