Check under CMSApp if the property “IS_TRIP_END_ALLOWED” is set as true.

How to check the radius for Auto sign-off

Check under CMSApp if the property name “LOGIN_TRIP_OVER_DISTANCE” to check the auto sign off radius value.

How to check if a customer is practicing office-wise Auto sign-off or not?

Check if property name FEATURE_ENABLE_OFFICE_WISE_AUTO_SIGN_OFF_RADIUS under CMSApp is set as true to honor office wise auto sign off radius value.

Default radius value for all the office remain the value in LOGIN_TRIP_OVER_DISTANCE property, however if a customer is practicing different sign off radius for different offices, follow the below process to check that

How to check radius for different offices if office-wise auto sign off is enabled or not?

If the customer is practicing office wise with a different sign off radius then,

kindly raise a SE ticket asking the auto sign off radius by mentioning the exact office name.

How to find the office name in ETS?

Go to Profile Logo->Switch to MISADMIN->Hover your cursor on “Data Upload”->Click on “Manage Office”->Copy the respective office.
