Step 1: Search the trip ID on the dashboard and check "Device imei-id" or click on "Tripsheet".
Step 2: When you ope "Tripsheet" the same IMEI to which the trip was assigned to will be present in brackets after "Device Health".
For regular trips, the IMEI information is fetched either from the "Manage Vehicle" or the "Manage Driver" page dependeing the below given conditions:
A. When multi driver feature is disabled, the IMEI information will always be fetched from the "Manage Vehicle" page.
If no IMEI is mapped the trip will not be sent to any device as the system does not have any information present.
B. When multi driver featrure is enabled, the IMEI information will be fetched depending on below conditions:
- If no IMEI is mapped under the "Manage Vehicle" and an IMEI is mapped under the "Manage Driver" page then the IMEI details will be fetched from the "Manage Driver" page.
- If no IMEI is mapped under the "Manage Driver" and an IMEI is mapped under the "Manage Vehicle" page then the IMEI details will be fetched from the "Manage Vehicle" page.
- If No IMEI is mapped in both "Manage Vehicle" and "Manage Driver" page then the trip will not be sent to any device as the system does not have any information present in the system.
- If the same IMEI is mapped under both "Manage Vehicle" and "Manage Driver" page the the IMEI will be fetched from the "Manage Vehicle" page.
- If different IMEIs are mapped in the "Manage Vehicle" and "Manage Driver" page then you will see the below mentioned pop up message:
