How to Configure Auto Vendor Allocation (AVA)

Step-by-Step Configuration

Step 1: Access AVA Settings


  • Log in as Site Admin to the Rentlz dashboard

  • Go to SettingsAuto Vendor Allocation


Step 2: Select Scope

  • Choose the City and Booking Type where you want AVA to be active.


Step 3: Assign Vendor Allocation Percentages

  • Allocate percentages to each eligible vendor.

  • Ensure the total adds up to exactly 100%.

  • Example:

    • Vendor A – 60%

    • Vendor B – 40%


Step 4: Set Acceptance Time

  • Define how long (in minutes) a vendor has to accept a booking.

  • If the vendor fails to respond within this time, the booking moves to the next vendor.


Step 5: Save Configuration

  • Review all configurations.

  • Click Save to activate AVA settings for future bookings.


AVA Bulk Upload Feature

For large-scale configurations, AVA supports bulk upload via Excel.

Steps for Bulk Upload:

  1. Download the sample AVA configuration file.

  2. Fill in the necessary fields:

    • City

    • Booking Type

    • Vendor Name

    • Allocation Percentage

    • Acceptance Time (mins)

  3. Upload the filled template through the AVA dashboard.

  4. Review and confirm the configurations.
