How to check from logs- Why the driver unable to do end duty
- Enter the Trip ID on the dashboard
- Click on "Trip-sheet" and click on "Device Health" to check the logs
go to that tmestamp - Search for key word "Report off duty button clicked" or if you know the approximate timestamp (when the driver tried but failed) to go to that timestamp directly.
- If a driver attempts to end their duty using a different phone number, the health logs will display the "Verification Code," indicating the driver ID the system expects.

In such cases, verify the phone number the driver used to start their duty by searching for the keyword "Report on duty."
NOTE:
- If multi-driver enabled- Then verification code is his mobile number
- If multi-driver disabled- Then verification code is Last 4 digit of his vehicle reg No.
- Driver can't end his duty if employee haven't sign-off.
- Some-time drivers got confused between "End Trip" and "End Duty" option
Both are different
"End Trip" option available if configuration for Force end enabled having two variance (Force trip end via Cancel code or Last 4 digit of his vehicle reg No. or his mobile number)
How to check Why the driver unable to do " Force End Trip"
- Enter the Trip ID on the dashboard
Click on "Trip-sheet" and click on "Device Health" to check the logs,
- Search for key word "End trip button clicked" or if you know the approximate timestamp (when the driver tried but failed) to go to that timestamp directly
You will able to get the verification code what the driver had entered and what has been expected to "Force End" the trip.
