How to check if employee has travelled in a trip?

If the employee/escort profile has been signed in and signed off in the driver device, we can verify the same in the "Device Health".


Step 1: Search the trip ID on the dashboard and open "Tripsheet" or Trip ID number in blue.


Step 2: Click on Device Health once you open the planned trip information.


Step 3: Apply "Ctrl+F" and search for logs as mentioned below:


  1. Employee at position clicked with name (Followed by the employee name).
  2. Starting signIn activity for (Followed by the employee name ).
    After the above log check if OTP/PIN was entered.
  3. UI requesting employee pickup.Name = (Followed by the employee name ).
  4. Planned employee picked. Name = (Followed by the employee name ).


Step 4: Similarly, check the sign off logs in the device health. Search for the below mentioned logs:


  1. Employee at position clicked with name (Followed by the employee name).
  2. Starting sign-off activity for (Followed by the employee name).
  3. Started sign-off activity for (Followed by the employee name).
    After this, check if OTP was entered.
  4. Employee (Followed by the employee name) sign off was saved in file.
