What is a Booking ID?

Each time a new Rentlz booking is made, a unique Booking ID is generated.

There are two formats for Booking IDs:

  1. Standard Format (e.g., B250802-RRKJ):

    • B stands for “Booking”

    • 25 represents the year

    • 08 is the month

    • 02 is the week of that month

    • RRKJ is a randomly generated code

  2. Custom Format (e.g., DEL-GUR-3125-KNFW):

    • DEL is the city code for the booking

    • GUR is the office code of the user who made the booking

    • 31 is the week number of the year

    • 25 represents the year

    • KNFW is a randomly generated code
