Employee Status Update During Active Trip (Admin)

Feature Overview

Admins can now update or sign out employee status while a trip is in progress, provided the required configuration is enabled.

Configuration Required

Property Name: ALLOW_SIGNOUT_EMPLOYEES_ON_TRIP_VIEW
Type: Boolean
 Required Value: true

Behavior Details

• When the property is enabled, Admins can:
  
  

  • Update employee status from the active trip view
    
    

  • Sign out employees during an ongoing trip for operational or exception handling
    
    

• When the property is disabled, Admins:
  
  

  • Cannot update or sign out employee status during an active trip
    
    

  • Can perform status updates only after the trip is completed
    
    

Impact

• Ensures better real-time operational control for Admins during live trips
  
  

• Prevents unauthorized or accidental employee status changes when the feature is disabled
